Mixed use program, 10 level building in Colonia Popotla, Mexico City.

Retail at ground level, 6 office levels, and 3 residential levels. The site has 3 sides directly to the street. The building is placed at a distance from the sole built side, resulting in a 4 facade building. A small commercial plaza is planned to give pedestrian exposure to the retail. It also achieves a friendly space for office users.

The tower expresses its verticality and lightness, both in the subtle volumetric play of stacked and displaced pieces, as well as in the window framing. The difference in program is expressed even more by the presence of heavier building blocks in the top  and bottom part of the building. The top ones have residential balconies with views toward Polanco and Reforma Center. The bottom ones frame the access to the commercial zone.
