Integral urban and landscape vision Tabasco Delta, Mexico
Through an urban design study Delta VIVO seeks to potentialize the economical activity of the region in relation to the opportunity that water presence grants. The identity of Tabasco in relation to water is restated, as an ally of development rather than a returning menace. A general vision is given for a sustainable reagional planning in the area and a new map of tourism is defined based on a new reading of the territory.
Within the vision, various detonating projects are worked out that show the potential of specific sites on the map. Each one of them begins with a envisioned improvement of the hidrical situation and explores and visualizes the chances this offers for economic and environmental development.
