In Villa Union (highway Villahermosa Frontera km 13), Tabasco. The program to integrate sport areas, amenities, social facilities, and large greenery. Adjacent but exterior a commercial zone is reserved. The project seeks to have an efficient economical building process, with repetitive units partially prefabricated, but organized in such a way that the blocks look varied and playful both in plan and elevation. Slabs and larger ring structures are the basis of the built. Due to the hot weather of Tabasco, the blocks are set in such a way that wind crosses through the whole sitepassing along all of them. The blocks are elevated from the ground floor, letting the green have partial continuity.
